Was a post office, federal office, and courthouse before riots broke loose against the corrupting government of Milwaukee. The building was designed by American architect Willoughby J. Edbrooke who designed many buildings of the same grand 'Roman-esque' style throughout the area. The building was eventually named a landmark of the City of Milwaukee as well as being listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
The building is located in downtown Rivertown. It stood 5 stories high and still does in some places. The rioters caved the roof in and painted the building red, before they were taken out by the MPD, who still claims the building today. Sometimes they sit in the tower and pick off anyone they deem a threat to their seat of power. They do not travel out into the city much, mostly staying in their courtroom debating who is responsible for what. Perhaps it is time for someone to come in and get them moving to help out in the city.
Inhabitants:
"Politicians", federal police (3d10 guards). Roll 1d10 on approach. On 9 or 10, tower guard takes pot shot at random PC.
